Can’t speak for Accenture but it’s generally helpful to have the green card in hand. I feel like a start date couldn’t occur without it so while some interview processes take time, you don’t want to have her worry about not being able to start or losing out to a position she’s really interested in bc its needed before the b/g and onboarding process. Maybe starting a month before it’s received could be better…
DMed you for some help!
Always best to have the green card in hand since the timeline is never guaranteed. Can the lawyer guaranteed that? There are so many factors to consider even it is submitted via a lawyer. Would not suggest taking the risk since the hiring process may take shorter than the green card arrival. For Accenture, I have seen people get hired as short as 5 weeks. Never want to risk that.
Green card first. Unless she has specialized skills most firms, including ACN in my experience, will not hire if there’s a possibility of sponsorship and they won’t hire on contingency of getting the green card.
Can she work under a TN visa?

Have green card first
Green card first. Needs sponsorship vs not is a very early eliminator question for employment. If you're confident about green card timing, you can say in job apps that no sponsorship is needed, but you had better be VERY confident about that card arriving in hand before job start!
