I’ve been dealing with several medical and personal issues all year long that I’ve kept quiet about professionally. I have not missed a step for my team so I doubt they even noticed. But it’s been weighing on me a lot mentally and emotionally especially when dealing with their small interpersonal issues or things that just require better communication. My fuse is running out bc these problems are so small in comparison but they make them seem so big.
