I’ve been feeling a little disheartened on my job search now that so many employers are removing their remote work benefits.
I finally bought a house in California and now I keep getting blocked before an interview because I won’t relocate. Anyone else feeling this?

I have joined Sunlife yesterday. I was having offer from Capgemini as well but decided to join Sunlife.

As more and more companies institute a work from home policy, I think it will gradually become the norm. As a 28 year old man who wants to settle down soon, which city would you recommend I look into, assuming me and my partner can work from home? Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.

Does anyone have recommendations on which plan to go with for each child? I once did the pros and cons on a whiteboard and it seemed like 529 was better.
