Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

This conversation is so tiring
I work hybrid and I enjoy that I get the best of both. I don't think I'd enjoy a fully remote or fully in-office gig. I think they are extremes and would mess with my sense of a work-life separation.
We already are wasting life every min we have to do our job. Understanding I can’t just change the system, it still sucks. So no, I’m not also going to waste my life being in an insufferable office setting.
Not confident in it but willing to fight the battle. The value of seeing my kids each day is worth more than a good portion of money. If forced into the office, it would force me to look for something either more local or something that allows me to work remote
Remote work has been such a game-changer for me too! I’m currently working from home, and while I’ve heard talk about hybrid models becoming more common, my company seems committed to staying remote for the long haul. I feel pretty confident, but I do keep an eye out for any shifts just in case!
For all WFH or bust people you are just making your jobs easier to outsource. Hybrid is 100x better than pre covid.
I'm hybrid now but I assume I'll be back in the office full time sooner or later. I mean, assuming we all have jobs later this year. The thought doesn't bother me that much, I'll admit I learned a lot from being around other people. And so far as careers go, I don't think you've got much chance of being promoted if you're out there somewhere at the end of a wire. So when it happens, it happens.
Pros and cons to both. People just need to make a choice and understand there will be consequences. Some of which could be pay or promotion related.
I work hybrid and go in 8 days a month, prior to that it was 2 times. It’s exhausting, however it has allowed me to connect more with my coworkers and for sure helps when you’re looking for a promotion. I think my company may try to make us go in more, I am always on alert for that since they randomly increased our days however I don’t think it would be back to a 5 days in office schedule. Maybe more like 12 days a month. I have a 2 year old with health issues so hybrid has helped immensely, with taking her to Dr. appointments and such.
Going in 3 days a week now. Adapting from mostly remote. I'll admit that it's not terrible so far. I wouldn't be happy though if they started requiring being in the office every day
Remote only works when people can easily work independently. If things are complicated and lots of questions come up and the workload is high, work will really slow down and the hours and frustration and inefficiency will be very high. Leadership needs to be top notch with documenting processes and procedures.
I agree with this in that leadership really needs to be top notch in order for an employee to thrive. Unfortunately, the company I used to work for didn’t provide that and I got blindsised and let go.
I'm in industry and we laid off the two WFH folks and replaced them with 6 offshore people. They mostly did admin anyway so didn't need them in the office but I guess top figured we can get 6 for 2 for easy work.
