I’ve been offered an associate position at Booz Allen Hamilton for $140K. This would be a pay cut from my current $160K salary at a smaller consulting firm. After factoring in Booz Allen’s better benefits, the actual difference is about $5,700. I’ve been told this is the best offer they can make.
