Cushman & Wakefield Interested in a Sales Associate position at Cushman & Wakefield. I have experience as a government analyst for 7 years but nothing related to commercial real estate. I want to become a more competitive applicant but not sure where to start. Are there any certificates, skills, or knowledge that I should be learning in my free time?

We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.

Looks like you need a vacation first. Not an American style vacation where you only take 4 days including the weekend, I mean a real 3+weeks of vacation from your 9-5 job and your freelance work. If you can afford it, travel. Go get inspired in Japan (or Bali, if that’s your thing).
When you’ll feel less burnt out, think about finding a new job that is healthier for you and more creative/stimulating/fulfilling.
In the mean time, enter every advertising contest you get your hands on, local and international ones. If you’re a junior, try the Young Glory competition. In March will be the Young Lion competition. If you’re in Canada, I now there’s the National advertising challenge in April or May. All these competitions have great prizes like trips to Cannes or C2Montreal. And if you do well in those competitions and in your personal projects, you’ll get good PR out of it and eventually get noticed by CDs and recruiters.
Hope you get better 💪🏽
By the work I’m doing for my 9-5 and I feel like that’s impacting my freelance work. I have a hunch I’ll be more excited about creative again once I leave...Have any of you been stuck in a rut like this? What did you do?
