Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. The interview went kinda weird… it was less than 15min. Looked distracted/ not prepared. When I asked him questions he barely elaborated. Comments⬇️

After two months of interviews, I got an email from the company asking to set up a call with HR manager and Director. Either they are going to let me down via a call or make some kind of verbal offer I assume? I have an idea of salary/package wise of what I would leave for. Hr said my application will reject for 17 for sure so she will try for 16.5 otherwise they can give 16 LPA
