I’ve been working as a litigation paralegal for the last 20 years. I recently got my BS in Human Resource Management and am looking to transition into HR. How can I show HR experience on a resume with really only paralegal (and a little office management) experience? Any guidance would be so helpful and appreciated.

Are firms willing to negotiate the role with campus hires? I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this? I feel kind of bad, but I truly despise the idea of working in risk now. ( My friend who's in the role right now hates it)

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does.
