I've done 6 months as an intern post-grad and currently 2 months into my FT role but I'm really starting to feel like consulting might not be my thing. Would you suggest I toughen it out for another 4 months to hit the 1 year mark, or can I only count 12 months fte when hunting for jobs? I feel like it's really taking a toll on my mental health.
