I’ve got a $100k senior consultant who’s stalling out. She's five years in, no manager title. Another firm’s dangling $125k and a Partner pipeline. Tell me straight - should she jump ship or tough it out where they already know her name? I’m tired of watching talent waste time. What's her best move.

I am getting a 3% interest rate on a jumbo loan with 20% down on a $850,000 single family home. The ball park in July was 2.65 - 2.75
