I’ve received offers from ATOS, CTS, and HCL for a mainframe DB2 system programmer role. The CTC and benefits are quite similar across the companies, leading to some uncertainty in my decision. Currently, I find myself leaning towards CTS, especially given recent concerns about ATOS, such as project losses and a significant number of employees on the bench, which raise questions about its stability.
