Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I’m at the point that I start trembling every time I get an email alert. It’s the little things piling up that is getting to me. The to do list full of, “send emails to X about Y,” “follow-up re this,” “revise the 100 small things the baby lawyer drafted.” Tasks that might take 15 minutes to an hour individually, but all together it’s a lot. I’m the bottle neck. I’m the one who needs to move these things along. But there’s always something bigger and more urgent. Nothing’s ever FINISHED.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
