Feeling a little lost. Playing the manager role on a project and leading a team of 7. I report directly into an associate partner but running the entire client engagement on my own. I am a visually impaired practitioner in South Africa, with 7 years of experience, and as soon as recruiters or business owners hear/read that I'm disabled, the conversation gets awkward and I never hear from them again.
