Job hunting for a year, I usually ace interviews. Rejections were always out of my control... I always get great feedback.

Then came an interview for my dream product manager role. I prepped for hours, bought a tailored outfit, and knew my stuff inside out.

But the moment I sat down, my brain went completely blank. Massive, awkward pauses. I missed the point of every question, even though I knew the answers later. I’m so incredibly mad at myself. Anyone who can lift my spirit?

Idk where to put this aside from here but: I want to look at grad programs, but my gpa is abysmal. But yet, before I graduated, I was actually interviewed but Google/FB/Microsoft/Amazon for SDE roles.

I am about to transition from being a junior partner at a large law firm (my practice has focused on private equity M&A) to Deputy General Counsel at a large-ish Pubco. I am already giving myself a crash course in public securities and corporate governance from my firm’s training materials and my cap markets partners, but I also wanted to poll the audience for other suggestions on how to become as prepared as possible for my new role please. Any advice for understanding whether sourcing would be a good match for your personality/innate skill set?

Im pretty extroverted, I have been told in reviews that I peak in verbal communication, and I have really loved conducting expert interviews in DDs.

However, I’ve worked some sales jobs in the past, and I had a hard time with the variability and staying positive bad times when nothing is sticking.

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I’m coming up empty on ideas for them to bridge the gap, but I’m also new to my compliance counsel role, so I would be overjoyed if anyone has suggestions.

I attended interview in hexaware on sep 24th and cleared all rounds I got a mail from HR to send documents on 29th sep after that no mail no calls.. it has been month.. usually how long hexaware take to release offer

I have got offer from wipro ...I have been selected in bulk hiring..... And HR said that you will be on bench for 2 weeks and then you will be given option to select project.
Can anyone please confirm does it happen with every person who joins wipro?
Will I remain on bench for longer period of time?

I joined Genpact 10 days ago and my Onboarding session is done but after that I didn't get any call from my supervisor or HR for the laptop delivery, shift timings nd all. When I am trying to connect with my HR and Supervisor through email, they are not replying and hiring manager is not picking up the call.

Is it normal, or any action in required from my side, or something need to be worried?

Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. Replied that I often receive LinkedIn offers for roles of paycuts around 30-50% so I want to make sure we’re in the same rough range. Recruiter again said she would only share via live call. Is this a red flag?

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors.
