It's certainly a tough one when you're faced with so much rejection and obviously it's easier said than done, but you've just got to keep going. Keep sending out those resumes and you'll get something back eventually. It sounds like you've only been searching for the last few weeks but a lot of job searches end up taking a few months, so don't let the early rejections get you down. Good luck my friend
If you have trouble getting interviews > it’s your resume. It’s likely not optimized for the role you applied to. It could also be formatting, repetitiveness, or lacking “a story”. The story is your entire career arc. Does it make sense? Use a free AI service like “resume worded” to score your resume. If you start getting interviews because you optimized your resume but can’t seal the deal, then it’s your interviewing skills. Start practicing. A good place to start is coming up with your “tell me about yourself” story. Then move on to a story when you did x, a story for when you did y, a story for when you did z. No story should be long-winded. All stories should be in STAR format. It’s not enough to get an interview. You must wow your interviewer. Learn to communicate your stories in a way that shows value to your future employer. Not only what you’ve done but what you would do for them. Good luck!
Had the same thing happen and then changed up my resume a bit - seems to be getting hits now so maybe try the same to see
I've been unemployed since December. I've easily sent out more than 300 resumes since then. I've only had one interview (I didn't get the job). I've revamped my resume a few times, which I think has helped get me noticed a bit more, but I'm exhausted. The only thing I can keep telling myself is that there's a more perfect match out there waiting for me.
