I’ve applied, I’ve sent cold call emails, I’ve phone called, and nothing. Mostly radio silence. Even places that seemed interested, that hosted an interview, are ghosting me after the first 15 minute interview.

Hey guys… I’m a case worker in child safety and I’m someone who loves being outdoors/dies at a desk all day. I’m hoping to organise that at least once a week I can go to a cafe and catch up on all my case notes that need to go into the system.
