Joining Sanofi hub has been the worst decision of my life. ZS is the best organisation to work with in terms of Company's culture and Job security. When i left ZS, i had a lot of pain because of the love that i had for the company. But the ever lasting seemingly politics was spoiling my career path.

The experience that i gained with this switch was to explore within the organisation before leaving it. Reason being that you might be missing on some great opportunities!

1. Is it fair to leave an organisation (big brand) after a year as the environment is real toxic and there’s no career growth as well in terms of good work.
