You learn who actually didn't consider you a friend/someone in their life based on wedding invitations. It's loud and clear.

Bitter? No. Entitled? No. Maybe taken aback, putting things into perspective. Realizing the friendship was only temporary. You were there when they needed you, but they didn't consider you an actual friend at all.

I know that feedback culture is part and parcel of consulting, and I feel it is contributing to my anxiety and depression. At the same time, i enjoy the problem solving aspects and don’t want to do a career change.

My anxiety has been at bay after changing my job and just feeling like I HAVE control over my life. But now it's back because I feel like I'm behind in other aspects of my life (I.e dating).
