Junior copywriter in nyc making 58.5k. In one year, I’ve had four projects produced incl two tv campaigns. I’ve also been in two pitches. With this info, what would be a fair salary to negotiate?

One-year versus two-year MBA? I’m trying to stay in the same industry (CPG, not consulting) but increase my comp and seniority. I’m not worried about the internship. Any other downsides I’m not thinking of?

1.I had two offers one is with Cognizant with 11.55LPA fixed + 45,000 variable pay. I was offered L1 position(designation - Associate).
- Only day shifts(no rotational weekoff's) + I get afternoon shift allowance around 5k per month.
-As per the Manager mention it's mostly WFH we need to come to office at least one month in every 6months(duration).

2.HCL offered L2 position with 10LPA(Around 1.5 Variable pay is included)
-No shift allowance
-Rotational shifts including night

Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.

BUT managers are terrible at planning and recently end up putting me in preventable situations where I need to work 55 hrs or have the staff work the 55 hours.
