Just curious, at what point do you remove work experience on your resume from college? I worked part-time <20 during the semester and 40 during summer/Winter months in an IT department.l for nearly 3 years. Applying to SM roles and wondering if it comes off as childish to showcase college employment even though it was Level 1 and 2 IT support.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks

Should I leave my company?
