With a few exceptions, herbs don't have a problem growing with other herbs. Just don't crowd any of them too close to each other so that they have room to grow.

Mint will absolutely take over any space that's given. I would consider growing Mint only in a separate pot because you'll be pulling it up constantly. Even with that precaution, it has spread to three other pots
Do not plant the mint in those beds. Plant the mint in a separate pot.

Lemon balm is also an aggressive spreader

And I would make sure that the lavender has its own soil with more sand and better drainage. Lavender rots in potting soil and prefers rocky, sandy soil with little nutrition.
