Who’s got their BQs done for 2021?!
Advice needed - boyfriend has almost 3.5 years of finance experience at a bank. Interviewed for PwC valuation senior associate and now recruiter says they want to hire him at “experienced associate” because he has no valuation experience. Is this too big of a step backwards in career? Should he push back and see if it gets him anywhere? If he does accept Associate, is it reasonable to ask for written, definitive timeline (1 year?) for promo to Senior upon meeting standards? Help!
Anyone here hiring for an Account Supervisor? 😊

It could be a million different things not even necessarily with you. Position could’ve been cut, someone who was recently laid off with more experience could have applied, you’ll never know. All you can do is move forward and apply again when the time comes. Did you have an interview?
I made it to the final round interview. To my knowledge this role had about 40ish open spots and didn’t start until summer ‘23. Infor needs to hire a lot of consultants as a majority of their consultants will hit retirement age within the next 5 years. The opportunity was based out of St. Paul which is where I’m located.
TLDR: Got rejected from my dream job despite having relevant experience which is more than people have who start this role.
How do I get feedback?
