I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Seems tough.

It is flexible. They can change your band or level. You just need to have competing offers or claim to have competing offers. Be prepared to walk away.
Consultant role with 90k is not worth it trust me. You have to break the 105k mark for the effort you will be required to put in.
For context new grad analysts in 2017 were offered 80k and we had 8-9% raises (including market adjustments) and a promo raise so you will be making less than other consultants instead of making more than them (which should be the norm as you are coming in new)
Thanks for the context! yeah i was reading things along those lines too and i know it’s not entirely comparable to MBB but their starting is now upped to 100k i believe.
Even if they said there’s no wiggle room it’s still flexible? Also, the HR recruiter did mention there was up to a 20% bonus but still seems low
How many YoE?
4 yrs overall
Yeah that’s a hard pass on deloitte. But hey, Accenture gave me 87.5 as a lvl10 with 7 YOE
accenture 1 sorry to hear that’s rough too hopefully you get a jump next opp!
OP which group are you in?
for deloitte it would be within their strategy and analytics practice and for accenture it’s their strategy practice as well but focused in telco, media & entertainment

I made $15k bonus as a consultant at Deloitte and I don’t know a single person who made more than me. Including the 700 posts in the salary surveys I’ve seen.
