Just got an offer as a Data Analytics Solution Consultant (remote) in Deloitte GPS USDC. The base pay is 10K higher, and it is probably good for my resume. However, I was looking to expand my data analytics skills, and they gave an impression that my work will mostly just be fraud detection and boring tasks. Should I reject it if my goal is to expand my skillsets? Also, is the work life balance bad for USDC too? I am seeing all the horror stoires

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.
