McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!

Read through Crafting Cases, it’s free, and do 5 - 10 practice cases, as time allows.
If you’ve already got a date set (assuming it’s within the next 2 weeks) and it’s a case interview, then you’re most likely too late.
A lot of candidates spend months preparing, and it’s the type of situation where the more you’re exposed to, the better you’ll be.
I would suggest finding casing partners if you can, and if necessary paying for 1-2 coaching session so you can get used to the rhythm of a case. A lot of times firms will also assign you a "case buddy" to do a practice case so may be worth looking into that as well.
Guys let’s be honest here this person is cooked. If you have a science PhD maybe hypothesis reasoning during your research might help if not just go for the experience.

I don’t think you need to invest in coaching, just do some reading online to understand some structures etc (worked for me 10 years ago)
Did consulting internship during my MBA and just cleared R1 with McKinsey. Happy to give you a case if that helps
