Just got promoted from Analyst to Associate Consultant. What's a reasonable salary increase to expect? Any negotiation tips? I'm seeing anywhere from 10-40% here, which is a pretty wide net.

Received offers from both BCG and McKinsey. All things given, the compensation and benefits are pretty equal. Suggestions on how I should pick one?

Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.
