After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

What firm? Some firms you can not negotiate so there’s no point in trying.
U get what u get. If u don’t like it change jobs/firms.
Typical in consulting there is no negotiation. Every level gets paid the same. It's more a matter of getting promoted to a higher pay band within hlthat title. So it's a matter of discussing if you're good enough for a more senior role, not more for pay for the same level.
With smaller firms you get what they give you. If it’s not enough, then talk to your boss and ask them what you would need to do to get paid XYZ. Whatever that amount is.
When I worked in a boutique firm, I just talked to the owner and asked him. However I made I know I was extremely grateful for the salary bump and promotion.
Note your hourly pay should be 1/3-1/5 of the billable rate to account for overhead, benefits, office, equipment, profits, etc.
The top firms and boutiques are completely nonnegotiable. Middle market accounting firms and big 4 are somewhat negotiable. But you have to have legitimate leverage. Example: you have an offer for more from a competing firm or a client. Otherwise, I would nit recommend negotiating.
