What are the companies offering permanent work from home. I joined HCL last month and they asking me to come in hybrid mode due to project requirements.
But hybrid mode sucks me like not comfortable in PG and responsibility of family.

I am a new joinee to CTS . It's going to be a month now and I haven't received my laptop.

I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.

2nd company: 3.8YOE - 4.5LPA-Appraisal to 5.24 LPA (highly unsatisfied)
Second company (on retention) 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA
NOTE:
Job hit by pandemic and switched from 1st company with only 4.5 LPA which later increased to 5.24 in a year
Started applying for interviews in the second company and got offer upto 13 LPA. But decided to stay back with 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA on retention in current organization.

What should be the expected CTC on my next switch?
