I got documents submission mail on oct 10 after a week on 19th i got a mail with the subject of application status update saying i have cleared all rounds But still i didn't offer letter . Moved from agency after 6yrs, into a startup (€8m Series A, high growth); first marketing hire. My manager is ex VC, seems to like managing by fear, let’s fire X, let’s cut the agency etc. sets tight deadlines & adds urgent items last minute.
