Is it awkward to ask your second MBA recommender to be your additional reference for Sloan, such that they know that you are not using them as your 1st refommender choice?

For the context, Sloan only requires one LoR.

Also related, how often does Sloan contact the additional references?

Thinking about jumping in with Berkeley's flex option for the evening / weekend MBA.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Might be a silly question but I will throw it out there. Anyone have any tips on best practices to preserve a silk press overnight? Currently have silk pillowcases but wrapping always ends up a fail.

My work quality is slipping due to brain fog and mental health issues and I don’t know how to address it with my firm or who to go to. I was considered one of the best associates in our practice group, but now it can take me 3-4x the time to write an average brief. I can’t seem to think and organize my thoughts any more. This is incredibly scary bc obvi, that’s what this job is all about. I’m in IP litigation at a V50 firm and a mom. Do I raise it with partners and how?

Does anyone in this group have ADHD? Are you finding that working in a law firm setting and billing hours is just not something they can do or is it possible with the proper medication and therapy?

I don’t cut my hours, I consistently reach 7 hours a day, but it’s not enough to meet my firm’s minimum requirement. I’m usually working 9 hours/day.

Okay so I’m a newly licensed attorney in a very conservative part of TX. I just got my first job offer and I was worried at first thinking that I was in “Trump” territory, but I tested the waters in my interview and spoke about police injustices and how prosecutor’s job is not only to protect victims, but also defendants from police injustices. I have to let them know by tomorrow, but thoughts on if this is a good career move for someone who wants to work in transactional work-RE or Bankruptcy?
