Just stayed at the st Regis Bal Harbour Miami and decided to abandon the St Regis brand all together. Not worth the $ and they do not honor Bonvoy member benefit. I’m an Ambassador Elite but they wouldn’t give me even one hour of late check out. They put me on a fourth floor and asked for cash upgrade. The bathtub was dirty and the mirror has broken edges. St Regis overseas had been very nice but somehow not at all worth it in the US.

I am generally uncomfortable when I’m around my mother-in-law’s husband.
