Received invite to interview last Tuesday. Responded to the recruiter, and followed up on Friday (Note - its for ME region and I believe they work Sundays). Haven’t received anything since initial email.
Also the recruitment team is on the email. What to do next? Or is the process this slow to even respond?

Hi there! First, UAE is now using standard US and EU week.
Regarding the response times, you have to consider the huge numbers of applications from people interested in the region, and the fact that at the moment HR is very busy with internal promotion and evaluation period.
All of the above just to say not to worry too much :)
From my and other people experience, they take time but they do answer eventually

Could anyone help me understand the levels for SEM role in Comcast Engineering Center India?

I attended a couple of rounds of interviews for Software Engineering Manager 1 (as the JD said) on a quick schedule and wonder if I should have asked next level instead.

YoE - 15, Hands-on EM, can code, do project and people management
Tech - AWS and .NET

Also an indicative range of CTC I should ask for will be helpful. Currently I'm underpaid at 20.1L as I worked in the same company for 12 years.

I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
