Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

Hyatt is the best loyalty program, but their limited footprint of properties is the major con.
Second this. Hyatt is by the best IMO. You can regularly find rooms for 15,000 points/night in hotels that are equivalent to Marriott hotels charging 30,000+ a night.
Particularly, if you travel to destinations that have a Thompson hotel, it’s the best bang for your buck out there.

I’ve traditionally found better redemption opportunities through Marriott than Hilton. Some hotels offer way better redemptions than others when you compare their respective cash rates.
The CC shouldn’t matter - it’s just a certificate worth up to ## of points.
I emptied my Bonvoy balance before Mar’22 when dynamic pricing was announced, that just killed the program for me (after destroying SPG first). Hyatt is much better but much smaller footprint. Depends which locations you most stay/prefer to travel.
Points in a program agnostic of hotel chain is better. I'll take the 10x points by booking through Chase portal or 5x points through Amex portal when I can.
