KPMG folks - what’s your guys cell phone policy/reimbursement? Do they give you a phone or do you use personal phone for work email?

No reimbursement until manager, at least in tax.

STA1- I’m coming in as a senior manager in tax do you know how much they cover?

I think it’s 45 if you have no subsidized phone (that you are paying off) and 60 max if you do. I don’t think they provide a work phone.

I think it’s $45/month and $65 if you’re paying for your phone in installments. It used to be the whole bill except for $20. Big downgrade

It’s not good but on the balance a phone at most costs what, $1200 a year? I’ve never understood why people care so much (not saying you OP) about phone policies.

KPMG 2, that’s 1200 a year after taxes. So really it’s around 2000 gross. And that’s a good addition to your salary I would say.

For any one in Risk Consulting it’s $45 or $65 if you have the installments (don’t have to be manager or above)

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

Bain & Company Hello Fishers
I am looking to switch into the strategy consulting industry. I have been working in the tech domain for almost 3 yrs now. 2 years in NY and 1 currently in India. I have completed my masters degree from the US.I would like to pivot into strategy. Currently working for a boutique healthcare consulting firm within the analytics practice. Looking for referrals in McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Oliver Wyman. Looking for guidance from the community.

I’m a healthcare admin professional looking to transition into a new role & I’ve just updated my resume but I’m afraid it’s too long. I’ve even taken irrelevant experience out & it’s still about 3 pages long. How do I shorten 10 years of experience to ONE PAGE???? Helpppp lol

I know this is small dollars, but my firm only pays $25 per months for my cell phone. We all work remotely, so using cell a lot. Is it silly for me to push for full reimbursement? Is that pretty standard?

I applied for a job at a well-known healthcare company a couple of months ago. I had a number of remote interviews and then they asked me to fly out for a final round of in-person interviews. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I have other offers and can't keep waiting for these foot draggers.
