I recived mail from Deloitte USI HR requesting my last 3 months pay slips and filled CTC data sheet and Aadhar, PAN. Does this mean i got through or selected ? I didn't recieve any formal communication whether i am selected or not.

How is the Business Consulting practice within EY? What is the average y-o-y hike offered in EY Business Consulting PI? Is it worth leaving EY Business consulting PI job for Deloitte SCNO? WHICH WOULD BE A BETTER OPTION?
