Landed an interview with MBB for a knowledge analyst-aligned role. But I'm concerned that despite being a MBB company w/ 20% higher salary, this may be seen as a step down as I'm currently client facing and the role (as I understand it) would be back office/non-client facing.

Is it even worth interviewing if I'm already concerned, or wait until/if I have an offer?

However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer? If I accept the second offer does this raise any red flags with USCIS as they potentially see 2 almost consecutive visa transfer requests?
