Last Friday I received offer from Accenture but the compansation on that offer is less than what I am having right now. there is no discussion has been done with me before the release offer later. Now from past one week I am trying to reach out to the respective HRs..but they are not responding..plus the hr who scheduled my interview is not receiving my calls at all...I have not accept the offer yet. what to do now ..should I move on ..or is there something I can do ? Suggestions are appreciated
