Not a reply to your initial ask but regarding ivf, we were told to go that route after running a series of tests and were told by a well known fertility clinic in NJ that we could never conceive naturally. We never did go with ivf but were blessed with a kid unexpectedly. Saying change your doc or have faith ( if you are religious) and keep on trying.

Yeah. But nothing in the Caribbean is safe yet huh? I feel like the information out there is a little confusing. Maybe I just do something like Charlestown and then Hilton head?

Ah, weren't aware you were looking at something like Caribbean. My suggestions were more in the line of nice beaches and close since it was an extended weekend.
Not sure about Zika anymore. But if anyone is pregnant and it is still a threat, it's not a risk I'd take if there were plenty of other great options.
full disclosure I want something a little over the top for our anniversary and we have been going through multiple cycles of ivf with no luck (just had another disappointing cycle) so haven't been on a big trip in a while. I could extend to like 4 days for the right spot. Canary Islands? Not sure what is warm enough right now
Oh and let me add, I was not the only one, another friend of ours went through two ivf cycles with no luck and conceived naturally
Thanks for that ey1. We have faith and hope. But it's been a tough road. Hoping a great trip will cheer us up.

Check out sandals in any of the Caribbean islands. A little pricey but for a shorter stay you can luxe it up.
Just do Orlando bruh. Cheap, fun, cool at night, hot during the day. I'm here now ;)
