Last month, I applied for a position at Mphasis and completed the interview process. About 10 days ago, the HR representative reached out to confirm my availability and mentioned that she would be releasing my offer. However, I haven’t heard back since. My calls go unanswered, and I haven’t received any email responses.

I’m feeling uncertain about what to do next. Has anyone experienced something similar?

When discussing a first technical interview with a recruiter how much time do you ask them to give you for preparing for the interview?

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. My question is will Google reuse the positive feedback and will it help/add value to this new position?
