Stuck is a good way of putting it. I feel that way all the time. I'm trying to get into something new, or at least a new company, but it's so dang hard right now. I can't seem to get any interest in any of the applications I've sent out. I don't know what I'm doing wrong 😞

I get that feeling. Job searching can be really discouraging when you’re sending applications and hearing nothing back. A lot of the time it’s not even about doing something wrong, the market can just be slow. Sometimes it only takes one response to finally get things moving. Hang in there.

I do, but I know if I don’t make a change, nothing will change. In all honesty, a company will drain you of all of your talent and energy to contribute to their bottom line, when they don’t have the intention, the true intention to contribute to you personally. It’s best that you consider your own well-being, because trust me, they won’t.

Absolutely, sometimes the only way to grow or protect your energy is to make a change yourself. Companies don’t always prioritize your development, so looking out for your own well-being has to come first.

Sometimes they want to keep us stuck in the positions because that's all they know us as and don't want to see if we have the potential because it was disrupt the cycle.

Exactly, it can feel like they’re more comfortable with people staying in the same role. It’s frustrating when potential gets overlooked just to keep the routine running smoothly.
Sometimes you have to hang in there. Meaning don’t quit don’t put your two weeks in look for another role that’s similar that you want once you get it take vacation and leave.
sorry to say but you are not valuable enough for that position, I'd start looking for another position, under the radar, see what's out there, for you. Work for someone who values you. Good luck
