Lately, I've been second-guessing every move I make, and it's really messing with my strategy. I used to be confident, but a few losses in a row have thrown me off. Any advice on how to rebuild that confidence without risking too much?

Stick with your process but reduce your position size. Get a couple wins before trading larger again.

If you can review your trades without emotion see if you can spot issues with recent ideas. Did you execute your process as intended or did you rush into a trade? Did you ignore a sell signal hoping the trade would turn in your favor? Did you go too big or set the stop too far away from your entry price?

Do you think it is time to find another job when your PIC is a micro manager, never trained you when you got hired, expects you to know things no one ever told you about in the first place, texts and calls you in the morning with questions you don’t have an answer to (I work evening shift so I’m mostly sleep when he reaches out), assumes the worst about everything, plots against you anyway, lies all the time, they don’t even do their job, they leave their trash behind etc. gives me anxiety.

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Long time in the making; but we finally sold off from our 50% HWB short. We had two tests at the 3400 level, getting as high as 3420 today before the sell off. Momentum and pessimism over lack of stimulus could take us to the 3107 target quickly, nearly a 10 percent decline over the next month. Stay short my friends. It's going to get bumpy.
