I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this? Does anyone else have this issue and was it resolved by taking medication?

Hi, what’s the premium processing cost for I-140? I have more than 2 years left on my H1 so PwC is not filing for my premium processing but said I could pay for it out of pocket. I used to care about and chase the opportunity to produce cool/fun/funny work. But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. Definitely still feel genuinely defeated when truly awesome concepts get glossed over by a client who has no clue what they want.

I initially asked for 135k at my startup. They offered 115k and we ended at 125k. Within two weeks my manager left and everything shifted to me. I received praise for the work I did and to this day I still own all those responsibilities and some. We hired a backfill who has now decided to leave for cultural reasons, similar to my manager.
