Being brought in as an SA at S& at $168k
Yeah ACN Strat M1 is 170k + 8% which I would start a year from now. S& SA1 is basically the same base but a higher bonus so higher total comp.
S& is only bringing in SA’s who are going to be manager in 6 months. What group is the offer in? I was told 80% CDD 20% Growth Strategy. Why do you say people are a pro? I think people at Accenture Strategy are more of a pro I.e. cooler/nicer/less uptight (could be wrong, just my experience).
S& exit opps and pay are both MUCH, MUCH better than Accenture Strat for sure.
Sure
Exit opps are similar (though S& has a slight advantage) , really depends on what you did at each firm and your personal growth story
Wouldn't release 17, 18 and 19 numbers but I can tell you they have gone up double digits:

So not sure why Accn2 is out here making generalizations based on anecdotal evidence.

168 is the base for a new hire MBA so you did lose a year of credit. Their performance is iffy and they still don’t fit well in PwC. I think everyone who started from my school is gone, and several due to lack of work.
