I know I will get hated by saying this. Do you think gay pride events are portraying a bad image about our community to public? (Drugs, sexual, inappropriate clothes, and sometimes like strip clubs- some parts). I know it is right to present us but I just feel it is not the right way to show who we are. We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified. It’s so nice that every agency laying off people, have those left standing (and other agencies) trying to hustle jobs for their unemployed friends, but there are also a ton of people who were unemployed prior to Covid...so no severance, job hunting lot longer, and not earning income for longer time...hurting even MORE due to quarantine.

Getting pushed to do account work as a PM is making me want to scream. And the bullshit let's align on PM expectations meetings when I'm doing my job is driving me up the wall. I'm doing my job....YOU aren't.

My boss hasn't been teaching me anything new and I've been left out of meetings with agency partners. Is it possible that she's not helping me grow on purpose?
