155k US - Chicago - Application Architect + CPQ Specialist - 6 years exp - been Big4 manager and am now director at end customer. I've had interest from multiple companies at ~185k but am not looking to move right now.
CPQ cert, high demand. Admin cert, not so much!
MSP - $183K base, $240+ with bonus - 10 yrs SF Architecture / 20+ digital - Admin, Adv Admin, Email Spc, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Wave Brown Belt
Should buckle down and take the architect certs, but haven't had much time to call my own lately.
Nicely done M3 — where are you pulling in ~250k ... Big 4 / Accenture ?
$280k base, Chicago, 5 years (SFDC-Functional), 7 years (Consulting), 3 years (Industry)
Yes, definitely need to work your way up the client food chain. Need to be seen as more than a hands on keyboard coder. You can stay techside if that’s your specialty, but your goal should be to start having bigger picture architecture conversations with executives as opposed to tactical line item level conversations with individual contributors
Not much different than SAP salaries... Thinking of jumping to Salesforce world as it seems to have better product and acceptance at clients with professional growth.
No one outside of US?

How long for Admin Cert? I am looking to start in August on the Trail Academy platform.
~$320k total comp, Florida, 13 years exp, 15 certs. Salesforce gives RSUs which get the TC nice.
Director
126k base. Chicago-based functional consultant at big-4 with 10 certs including application architect. 6 years experience. Am I underpaid?
senior con or manager
137k base - Atlanta - 4.5 yrs - 9 certs
175k - NY - 5 years - 2x cert’s
Deloitte that’s awesome, well done. How are you liking that job? what’s the travel expectation like ? Have you seen Salesforce hire pre-sales resources outside of major NY metro areas who travel nationwide? or is it regionally focused?
137k - LA - 3 year Salesforce exp - 2 certs
67k, Chicago, 1.5 years with admin cert. Salesforce managed services though, not consulting
130k US - West Coast. Application Architect + many others. About 10 years Salesforce experience, 3 years exclusively in consulting. Starting to wonder if I’m underpaid...
Yes you are unless you bonus percentage is very high.
