That’s your agency management problem not the holding company.

Or a holding company that is notoriously known for bottlenecking every decision with its short-term-thinking finance department wanted a way to beef up Q3 as much as possible, with not much thought in long term consequences.

Anybody switched from plaintiff to defense later in their career? If so, which did you prefer? Imagine for a moment that all strategic consulting firms in the region would have consultants work no later than 9pm. Do you think the quality of the output would decrease? Or maybe the pricing the client is willing to pay would be lower? Or perhaps nothing would happen? I am thinking whether we work long hours because it’s by now part of work approach and culture or because we need to. (Personal experience: in London for my same firm I used to work much less and the output was great…)
