Going to a new company won't lower your income. Should still get at least a 10% raise with a new company. If they try to tell you they're going to give you a lower income since their city is cheaper say you're not interested.
Just said "personal reasons" it was super easy, whole process took a week.
@OP, nobody questions it, super easy, takes a few weeks. Your salary will stay the same.
Move wherever u want, Accenture won't lower ur salary. Raises in the future might be low tho

Salary will stay the same for strategy. Other groups may require an adjustment.
