How to apply for Sap role outside India?
How does @Dentsu India interview process works? I had a total of 5 rounds After first 2 they said they are ok with me but they think I am more suitable for 2 other roles,if I want any of them they will redirect. Then I chose the second JD, i had 2 more rounds of interviews and they said they are happy with me and let the HR do their formalities. But after 3 days when I called HR, i was told they are having few more interviews with other candidates and will confirm me! Dentsu Creative

I’ve had my eye on a “Delivery Transformation Change and Communications Consultant” position at Deloitte. Does anyone work here that could give some insight into this position/department or one like it? And is there anyone who has worked in marketing and shifted to communications/consulting…what are your thoughts on a career shift?

Don’t worry about how looks - you can leave this one off resume, it may take time to get your next one and you don’t want to rush. Even bad jobs are bearable for awhile when you’re new. And if people are leaving, you may find new opportunities there. You don’t have to jump until you find someplace to go.
Thanks, good one to leave it off. I reckon the search is on and will keep this on in the meantime.
Also a small add on:
I also came there for getting some hands on experience in certain digital marketing fields. And working a bigger company (9 figures turnover) which presented itself as a party who wanted someone with marketing experience. Now to find myself filling in Excel files, while having 6+ years marketing experience.
So not really the job which was promised at the time. I’ve always had a “work and keep your head down” ethos. However, this doesn’t seem to be the way to go, especially if I want to grow and work on higher level marketing projects.

Don’t worry about what you’re leaving, focus on where you’re heading. It may take time to make the right move. (Two years is no time at all, even in bad jobs.) Keep this one, don’t put it on your resume if you leave in a short amount of time. Don’t worry about what you hoped for, this is an interim stop.
