Additional Posts in Salary Negotiations
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .
Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I looked into it and the position was posted 2 weeks ago.Their director wants to meet.I bet pay is one of the first things to be discussed so that no one’s time is wasted.Am I crazy for not wanting to entertain it for less than 20-25% base pay increase? Is it selfish to ask for more? I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?

I think even the bonuses are fixed for each level so don’t think you’ll be having any luck with that.
But you can always leverage this offer to up another if you have one
Yea if you’re looking for that and have a “top 10” post mba go look elsewhere. Highly unlikely you’ll get that at any of the big 4
I joined Deals and the cohort salary seemed to be basically nonnegotiable. I was able to negotiate sign on bonus, but the original offer was nowhere near as high as that. If you negotiate the sign on they may be able to give you more on contingencies like starting by X date
Wow. I’m EY Senior in deals at 100. That’s awesome. I’m also not post MBA
OP, so you have an MBA from a top school and this offer from pwc is not from campus recruiting?
At KPMG last year the offer for post-MBA Senior Associate roles in Strategy (which is Deals here) was $160k with $30k starting bonus in Tier 1 city, for what it’s worth!
