Yeah you are asking for a lot. Good luck.

Sr. TA is L8 which is Sr. Manager-level IC. To get to $325k TC, you're going to need $275k-ish salary at Big4/Accenture, or you're going to need mid-$200k's with a big RSU package that is only going to come from Bay Area tech. $250k - $275k TC is very doable right now but the types of roles going to that next level have been pretty few and far between.
I would recommend waiting for your L9 promo at Salesforce, or being more open to a lateral move that will gain you good experience you don't have and/or a good brand on your resume, then maybe 2H 2024 start looking again to jump to the next level.
Due to all of the layoffs, there's a lot more talent available than usual. 300k is probably pretty close to current market rates unless you are a CTA. I'd wait it out for the market to shift back in your favor.

I don’t know of many places that would be able to pay 320+ TC honestly. Unless it was heavily weighted on the performance bonus/BD side.
Here are the recruiting companies I've worked with in the past you could try.
- Salesforce Staffing
- R2
- Oliver Parks
- Elsdon Consulting
- Synapri
- TechOhana
- Third Republic
- Talent
- Connecting Experts

I think you are already close to the max unless you get into sales/delivery commissions. I am a CTA with 10 years experience, my TC is almost same as yours ... as a contractor. I would be interested to know of any better options as well but not in this market.
Good luck in your endeavors. It will be very tough to find a company willing to pay what you're asking in these market conditions. They could easily find another architect for much less than that.
This is a challenge while existing from SF particularly if you are in a Tech role - In my experience
