Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer? Should I ask for more base or signing bonus? Or is this pretty fair? Very inexperienced in salary negotiations.

This "collaborative work" thing is getting a bit out of hand. People want to collaborate so much, I can't get any real work done!

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise.
